Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing

Perform all core tasks in embryology and andrology, including embryo biopsy
Maintain precise documentation, batch control, and stock monitoring
Train and mentor junior lab team members
Uphold high standards through our Quality Management System (QMS)
Validate new lab processes and equipment in collaboration with the Laboratory Manager
Ensure full compliance with HPRA guidelines and EU Tissues and Cells Directive
Foster clear and empathetic communication with patients and colleagues

Profile

What You Bring

BSc in Life Sciences (MSc and ESHRE certification are a plus)
Minimum 6 years’ experience in an IVF laboratory
Skilled in all IVF techniques, including embryo biopsy
Experience working with quality management systems
Strong mentoring abilities and excellent interpersonal skills
Fluency in spoken and written English
