The selected person will be responsible for:
– Performing nursing techniques specific to the unit (administration of medication, blood draws, etc.).
– Providing patients with information on treatment and medication guidelines, as well as planning and scheduling tests and procedures prescribed by the doctors.
– Resolving patient queries about their treatments, either in person or via phone/email, or referring them to the doctors if appropriate.
– Correctly organizing and managing the unit’s documentation (consents, lab tests, instructions, prescriptions, records, etc.).
– Reviewing the correct registration of patient data in the medical history and confirming compliance with the necessary requirements for tests, treatment, or procedures to be performed.
– Supporting the doctors in consultation.
