Clinic Operations Director

GenPrime is seeking an experienced and dynamic Clinic Operations Director to lead and oversee the daily operations of our state-of-the-art fertility clinics. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest standards of patient care, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: – Operational Leadership: Oversee all aspects of clinic operations, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and effective workflow. Implement and manage policies, procedures, and standards to maintain a high level of patient care. – Staff Management: Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate clinic staff, including doctors, nurses, administrative personnel, and support staff. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment. – Financial Management: Develop and manage the clinic’s budget, monitor financial performance, and implement strategies to achieve financial goals. Oversee billing, coding, and reimbursement processes. – Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, licensing requirements, and accreditation standards. Implement and monitor quality improvement programs to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction. – Patient Care Coordination: Work with healthcare providers to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care. Address patient complaints and resolve issues promptly. – Resource Management: Oversee the procurement and maintenance of medical equipment, supplies, and technology. Ensure optimal use of resources to support clinic operations. – Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to grow and enhance clinic services. Identify opportunities for service expansion and improvement. – Risk Management: Develop and implement risk management strategies to ensure patient and staff safety. Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and mitigate risks. – Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports on clinic performance, including financial, operational, and quality metrics. Use data analysis to drive decision-making and improvement initiatives. – Community Relations: Build and maintain relationships with community partners, healthcare providers, and stakeholders. Represent the clinic at community events and meetings.
