Responsibilities

Perform andrology procedures including semen analysis, cryopreservation, and processing of testicular samples.

Conduct embryology work such as oocyte retrieval, insemination (IVF/ICSI), embryo grading, vitrification/warming, and embryo transfer prep.

Accurately manage laboratory stock, batch control records, and patient consents.

Follow all protocols under our Quality Management System and regulatory guidelines (HPRA, Tissue Directive).

Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to lab improvements.

Communicate effectively and compassionately with patients and colleagues.

Profile

What You Bring:

BSc in Science or Biology (required)

MSc in Life Sciences (desirable)

Minimum 2 years’ experience in an IVF laboratory

ICSI trained desirable

Understanding of Quality Management in assisted reproduction

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

Offer

Working Hours:

40-hour working week, inclusive of paid breaks

Core hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Weekend and bank holiday rotation required as part of the role
