Key Responsibilities: • Lab Development: Oversee the design, setup, and operationalization of the embryology lab, ensuring compliance with international standards and local regulations. • IVF Procedures: Perform all aspects of IVF and PGT procedures, including gamete handling, embryo culture, biopsy and cryopreservation. • Quality Control: Implement and maintain rigorous quality control protocols to ensure the highest standards of lab performance and patient safety. • Research & Innovation: Drive research initiatives to improve clinical outcomes and contribute to the advancement of reproductive medicine. • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of embryologists and lab technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence. • Patient Interaction: Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to provide compassionate and personalized care to our patients.
